Hybrid Call Center Representative
Schedule Availability: M-F 8am-7pm possibility of Saturday OT. Shift will be assigned Pay Rate: $17/hr... Work Model: Hybrid, training is on-site. Once competency is reviewed, there is a possibility to work remote. (But must still be able to go into the office when needed, or in the event of a power or internet outage, etc.) Location: Irving, TX Start Date: 9/16/24 Summary: Multitask by taking calls and scheduling orders for patients, clients, or healthcare providers while following HIPAA guidelines. Requirements: 2 + years customer service experience. 1 + years Healthcare or pharmacy experience.
