- Run a true full-desk: manage clients, drive new business, and execute the full candidate lifecycle
- Proactively source top legal talent in competitive markets
- Build, strengthen, and grow client relationships
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and consistently hit/exceed revenue targets
- Work closely with partners in a remote, high-output culture
Skills
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years thriving in a fully remote, metrics-driven environment
- Proven track record of $400,000+ in annual production (2022–present)
