[Remote] Oracle Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage a specific workstream within the broader Oracle migration program
- Drive coordination, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- Own delivery from planning through execution
Skills
- Approximately 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Strong enterprise-scale program delivery background
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Experience managing executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level leaders
- Oracle domain experience in at least one of the following areas: HCM, ERP, EPM
- Experienced TPM capable of driving complex initiatives end-to-end
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional enterprise environments with high visibility
