Dice is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects, particularly in the area of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) implementation. The role involves managing projects impacting 1,000 to 5,000+ users and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure
- Manage enterprise-level projects impacting 1K 5K users across business and technology teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
- Drive project execution while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Lead communication, status reporting, executive presentations, and stakeholder meetings
- Manage organizational change activities to support successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Support implementation of enterprise applications and COTS solutions
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
Skills
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects
- Experience delivering projects impacting 1,000 5,000 users
- Strong Change Management experience
- Experience managing enterprise-wide implementations and transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and reporting abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) systems implementation
- Knowledge of EHS processes, platforms, or compliance-related applications
- Chemical industry experience
- Experience managing COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) implementations
- Experience with large enterprise application rollouts
