Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our products are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment, adhering to company standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring that our products are delivered at the optimal temperature
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Remain positive, work collaboratively with colleagues, and create exceptional customer-centric organizations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or maintenance capacity
- Familiarity with fountain equipment and soft drink dispensing systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
