Experienced Concierge Customer Service Representative – Luxury Automobile Brand Support

What You'll Be Doing

As a Concierge Specialist, you'll provide customized, effortless experiences to luxury automobile brand customers. You'll be empowered to make decisions, think creatively, and drive customer loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building rapport and anticipating customer needs through authentic connections and curiosity
• Promptly processing and answering/resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or technical questions
• Using technology, scripts, and product knowledge to provide answers and control the call
• Maintaining exceptional product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry products and technologies
• Partnering with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution
• Researching and resolving billing or payment issues
• Logging customer contacts into the CRM tool and managing follow-up logs
• Using additional resources and escalation points to find solutions for basic to intermediate-level issues
• Recommending changes to departmental policies and procedures to improve support services
• Attending team meetings, 1-on-1s, focus groups, and training sessions as scheduled
• Handling additional projects and assignments as needed

What You Bring to the Role

* A High School Diploma (required); an associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Four (4) years of experience in training, public relations, sales, marketing, or customer service
• Experience with customer contact systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with and appreciation for electronic devices and computers, along with a willingness and ability to quickly learn new technology
• Solid computer skills, internet-savvy, and experience using CRM software
