What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection
- Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
- Keeping in touch with your managers for feedback and guidance on improving your performance
- Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always prepared with a solid response
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- The ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
Where & When You'll Work
* We operate 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs
- Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can plan ahead with confidence
- Training will be conducted remotely via video meetings, with a required schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm Eastern Time
- After training, your regular schedule will be 11am-7:30pm Eastern Time, including one weekend shift
