We're looking for experienced and skilled customer support representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a customer support representative, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers and providing them with exceptional service every day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services to meet their needs.
  • Continuously improve our services, including design, customer experience, and repetition, to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Enter accurate and complete documentation, as necessary, to ensure that customer information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices, ensuring that we're maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities to manage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
