As a college, we prioritize creating a supportive learning environment that encourages student success. • *Job Description** The Graduate Assistant for the GradQuest Grant will assist in planning, organizing, directing, evaluating, and implementing programs and activities related to managing the PPOHA grant. This position will support the GradQuest programming for the College of Graduate Studies and Research, providing administrative support to the co-directors with a specific focus on Faculty Professional Development. • *Responsibilities:** • Support Faculty Professional Development by assisting in the development and implementation of faculty professional development programs focused on digital learning and instruction. • Assist in the development and scheduling of project services, including orientation, workshops, peer mentoring, campus involvement, professional development, program assessment and evaluation, and all other activities associated with the project. • Help ensure that project evaluations are carried out and used for improvement. • Maintain compliance with program regulations. • Assist in the preparation of annual and other performance reports and training materials. • *Requirements:** • Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
