We are looking for an experienced and highly polished Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our client's CEO in a high-visibility role. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a proactive, forward-thinking mindset. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO. Coordinate and oversee a dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and calls. Arrange travel logistics, prepare detailed itineraries, and ensure smooth travel experiences. Act as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication. Draft reports, meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence with precision and professionalism. Organize meetings, welcome guests, and ensure all logistics run smoothly. Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and take initiative before issues arise. Provide flexible support on various projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years of experience as a C-suite Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-profile setting. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field (preferred). Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Workday, and Zoom. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A high-level role requiring exceptional presentation and discretion. Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and ensures tasks are handled efficiently. Navigates unexpected challenges with composure and adaptability.
