QA Engineer (Manual Tester)

Job Description

Responsibilities

You will primarily focus on executing manual regression tests and preparing detailed test reports to ensure the quality of our web-based B2B platform. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining product stability and reliability. • Performing manual regression testing to verify system functionality. • Documenting and reporting bugs with clear reproduction steps. • Preparing concise test reports that summarize testing outcomes. • Collaborating with engineers to address and validate reported issues.

Qualifications

Requirements • 1+ years of experience in development or QA at a business company. • Experience testing web-based applications. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document issues clearly. • Fluent Japanese and Business Level English for communication and reporting. Nice to Have • Familiarity with test management tools: Qase. • Experience working in Agile teams. • ISTQB/JSTQB Foundation Level certification. • QA experience in the sales industry or SaaS products. • Basic knowledge of API testing or test automation tools (optional).
