Responsibilities • Input and update data into databases and filing systems with high accuracy. • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure easy access to information. • Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, scanning, and archiving documents. • Utilize computer software, including Office applications, to manage data effectively. • Generate reports using pivot tables and other tools to analyze data trends. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. • Assist in the development of improved data entry processes and systems. Qualifications • Quickbooks experience required. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, including familiarity with databases. • Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy. • Experience with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management. • Knowledge of Office applications, particularly Excel for creating pivot tables. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
