Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Rep

Prominent firm in Tustin is seeking to hire a full-time data entry/customer service representative. Document Analyst Group, Inc. retrieves records on worker’s compensation cases including medical, insurance, employment and legal records. Our office is looking to fill a position to conduct data entry and serve as a customer service representative to carry out assigned duties. This position is ideal for someone who possesses excellent customer service skills and can work independently. Duties will include answering and making phone calls, generate and respond to emails, perform data entry utilizing spreadsheets as well as our internal software to track records. Candidates must have knowledge of basic office duties such as: • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner • Perform clerical duties like reviewing/scanning/printing/organizing documents • General email etiquette and correspondence • Perform data entry tasks with precision • Organize and maintain data in electronic databases • Utilize Excel for data entry and basic analysis • Update spreadsheets with large volumes of data • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Conduct data collection/research and input from various sources The position is full-time, Monday -Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break at our office in the city of Tustin (not a remote role) with an entry-level wage of $18/hr. We offer paid time off after 1 year of employment for full-time employees.
