Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Remote Logistics Data Entry Specialist – Shipment Tracking and Customer Information Management to join our growing operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter shipment tracking numbers, delivery statuses, and routing information into arenaflex’s proprietary logistics management system.
  • Update customer profiles, contact details, and delivery preferences in a timely and precise manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of all incoming data before inputting it into company databases and digital platforms.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and shipment information in compliance with arenaflex data protection policies.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using internal tools to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Communicate proactively with team members, dispatch coordinators, and supervisors to resolve any data discrepancies or system issues.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly data entry productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Assist with auditing and cleaning existing database records to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and warehouse operations, to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows and recommend process improvements to management.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher in business administration, logistics, information systems, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related operational role, ideally within logistics, shipping, e-commerce, or supply chain environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel including the ability to use formulas, filters, and basic pivot tables.
