About the Role
As a Phone and Chat Credential Verification Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for nurses navigating our platform and the trusted voice for healthcare facilities checking on shift statuses. Your primary responsibility will be verifying the credentials of nurses after they have selected a healthcare facility where they wish to work. Using our proprietary online systems, you will navigate efficiently to confirm whether each nurse meets the specific requirements of their chosen facility. Once verification is complete, you will follow up with the nurse via written message, clearly communicating whether their credentials are valid for that particular opportunity.
In addition to credential verification, you will handle inbound and outbound phone calls from individuals inquiring about the status of shift pickups. You will also manage multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing real-time support to nurses and facility representatives. In addition to hourly compensation, team members may be eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to individual and team achievements. New hires will participate in a comprehensive paid training program lasting three weeks, conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. This training ensures you are fully equipped with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in your role.
Arenaflex also provides all necessary equipment for full-time permanent employees, shipped directly to your home at no cost. To support your success, we ask that you have a verified, secure, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
