[Remote] Influencer talent Recruiter

The Steve Fund is one of the nation’s leading organizations focused on promoting the mental health and emotional well-being of young people of color. They are seeking an Influencer Talent Recruiter to identify, vet, and secure influencers whose personal brands align with their mission and values, facilitating both pro bono and paid engagements.
Responsibilities
- Identify Influencers
- Source influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on diversity and audience reach among young people of color
- Ensure influencers have a strong commitment to mental health awareness, racial equity, and community impact
- Evaluate and Vet Talent
- Assess influencer engagement rates, authenticity, and past work with other nonprofits or mental health initiatives
- Ensure influencers have a positive public image, avoiding reputational risks
- Pro Bono Engagement
- Facilitate pro bono collaborations where influencers provide support without compensation for select key campaigns and events
- Negotiate partial or full pro bono commitments, ensuring alignment with The Steve Fund’s goals while managing expectations and deliverables for pro bono work
- Contract Negotiation
- For paid engagements, facilitate contract agreements with influencers, ensuring alignment with The Steve Fund’s budget and engagement expectations
- Coordinate deliverables such as social media posts, event appearances, panel participation, or content creation
- Campaign Management
- Collaborate with The Steve Fund's marketing team to integrate influencers into both paid and pro bono campaigns for events, awareness weeks (e.g., World Mental Illness Awareness Month), and key initiatives like Black History Month
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide detailed reports on the success of influencer collaborations, both paid and pro bono, including reach, engagement, and overall impact on The Steve Fund’s objectives
Skills
