As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to interact with customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking customers into the arenaflex Store
• Ensuring that prohibited items are not brought into the testing room
• Helping customers resolve test and registration issues
• Providing information and guidance on check-in/check-out processes
• Monitoring in-progress testing
• Regular upkeep of staff areas and the testing room
• Providing support and developing skills for Scanning Operations
• Interacting with faculty and staff, answering questions about the testing system, and arenaflex policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and periodically walk through the testing room
• Flexibility to take an occasional morning shift
• Ability to learn how to use new software
• Detail-oriented and able to describe skills with examples
• Prior experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous relevant work experience in a customer-facing role

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with arenaflex policies and procedures
