Our Customer Experience business unit is dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, from the moment they arrive at the airport to the moment they depart. As a Co-Op, you'll work closely with our Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Co-Op, Airport Customer Service, Cargo, and Clean Project Management Professional, you'll work on multiple projects across various teams, including:

  • Airport Customer Service (ACS)
  • Cargo (CGO)
  • Global Clean

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Measuring and analyzing current performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing project management skills and practices to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Working across business units with various stakeholders in a professional setting
  • Providing process engineering and/or internal consulting services to support business growth
  • Participating in data collection efforts for projects that impact cross-functional departments
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and performance
  • Recommending ideas for new ways to provide optimal customer service and evaluating the impact of proposed operational changes

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation management, or similar in a 4-year degree program
  • Must be available for three (3) alternating semesters
  • Must be able to present themselves professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership
  • Team-oriented and supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness/ability to learn new skills
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
