Key Responsibilities

As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic typing skills and computer literacy
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems and programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

As an independent contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete.

Application and Certification Process

To become an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
  • Sign an independent contractor agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require independent contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to your participation.

Availability

As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. However, client call availability will vary and is subject to change. Generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
