As a key member of our CX operations team, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our customer experience. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer experience strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment data to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our customer experience, including process improvements, workflow optimizations, and technology enhancements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Managing and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system, including Zendesk, to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Providing exceptional written communication skills to create engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders
  • Utilizing SQL and Excel to analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights
  • Leading and mentoring a team of customer experience operations specialists to drive process improvements and excellence

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Experience Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience operations, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of analyzing customer feedback and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of customer experience operations specialists
  • Expertise in SQL and Excel, with the ability to create complex reports and dashboards
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, with experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Knowledge of customer experience metrics and KPIs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Effort Score (CES)
  • Experience with process optimization and workflow improvements
  • Certification in customer experience, customer success, or a related field
