Telehealth Support and Patient Engagement

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking healthcare services. Your role will involve:

• Connecting with patients via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions, concerns, or issues.
• Calmly and professionally addressing and de-escalating any issues that may arise.
• Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues.
• Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as required.
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Providing feedback on call issues and upselling when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
• Over 18 years of age.
• The ability to type 25 wpm.
• A high school graduate or GED.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
• Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
• An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
• Proof of internet speed required.
• A clean and quiet workspace.
