The Role
As a Remote Inbound Travel Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. You'll take inbound calls from existing owners who are excited to plan their dream vacations, and your expertise will help them make unforgettable memories. You'll be responsible for booking car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and making recommendations based on our clients' interests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to clients
- Take inbound calls from existing owners and book travel arrangements
- Make recommendations based on clients' interests and preferences
- Build rapport with clients quickly and offer additional services to meet their travel needs
- Show intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems
- Work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Meet sales targets and exceed client expectations
What You'll Bring:
* High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months customer service and sales experience
- Six months travel experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and offer additional services
- Intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

Requirements for Working from Home:
* Quiet workplace free of distractions
- High-speed internet (DSL or Cable only) with download speed of 20mbps, upload speed 3mbps, and latency less than 100ms
- Must be able to hardwire computer directly to a router
- Must have own personal device with a working camera to be used for the first week of training
- Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home
