[Remote] Medicare Sales Field Agent - Sarasota/Manatee County

They are seeking skilled Medicare Field Sales Agents to build trust and educate individuals on their Medicare Advantage plans while driving self-generated sales and expanding their market presence. This role involves face-to-face interactions with customers and participation in community events.
Responsibilities
- Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage
- Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart
- Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community
- Engage with customers in the FIELD through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
Skills
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Must reside in Sarasota or Manatee county
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes, at community-based events and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work or local events
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Prior experience selling Medicare products
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
