Associate, Client Services
Capvision is a leading primary research platform that connects top financial institutions, consulting firms, and global enterprises with industry experts across every sector and region. As an Associate on the Client Services team, you will take full ownership of projects that influence clients' strategic outcomes, managing expert engagement and communications to deliver insights.
Responsibilities
- Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling
- Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones
- Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams
- Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise
- Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (3.5+ GPA preferred)
- 6–18 months of relevant professional or internship experience (client-facing roles a plus)
- Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts
- Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
- Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (STEM OPT holders welcome)
- Strong fluency in verbal and written English
