Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties for our clients, coordinating repairs, and ensuring seamless communication between our clients, vendors, and brokers. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties for our clients within our SalesForce database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Communicate with our Relocation Directors to provide specific listing details and ensure timely updates
  • Review documentation to determine the condition of properties and identify potential issues
  • Request repair bids from our partnered vendors as needed and facilitate bid approvals, counters, and declined bids
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues
  • Proactively follow up on repairs to ensure timely completion and minimize delays
  • Review broker updates and inspection details to determine if additional repairs, credits, or concessions are required
  • Follow up on each property in your portfolio until closing, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple systems, including SalesForce
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to relate to our clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, embracing diversity and inclusion
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Real estate knowledge or experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its practices
  • SalesForce experience, with the ability to navigate and utilize the platform effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
