Job Summary
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour and a range of benefits and perks.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%): + Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making. + Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%):
+ Develop and maintain complex data models and data visualizations. + Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%):
+ Develop and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven solutions meet business needs. + Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Foster additional technical skills and topic expertise within the core functional team (20%):
+ Develop and maintain technical skills in areas such as SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. + Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall business plan (10%):

Physical Requirements

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics.
- 2 years of work experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks.
- 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluating, and estimating.
- Previous experience working with complex data sets and developing data-driven solutions.
- B.S. in Software engineering, Math, Designing, Money or related quantitative field.
