Excellent Benefits: • Excellent Performance-Driven Income! • Excellent training! • 401(k) plan • Medical and dental insurance • Paid vacation • 5-day work week, No Sundays! • Employee discounts on vehicles and service • Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities - Internet Sales, Customer Service: • Work on-site to answer internet and phone requests for vehicle information, pricing, availability, etc., schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with you and finalize the sale, and more. • Call and email new inquiries promptly • Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a pleasant manner, and assist customers to the best of your ability • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule missed appointments, etc. • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are satisfied • Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System • Other duties may be assigned Qualifications - Internet Sales, Customer Service: • Sales experience preferred, bilingual is a plus • Good communication, customer service, telephone and computer skills • Call Center or BDC, Business Development Center experience is preferred • Auto dealership experience is a plus • A good work ethic and self-motivated to succeed! • A positive attitude and professional appearance • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license and good driving record Apply Job!
