As a Field Marketing Specialist covering the APAC region and based in and around the Sydney or Melbourne areas, you will be responsible for managing the execution of Marketing activities across the APAC region, with an emphasis on the creation, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns and events to drive lead generation and acceleration of revenue growth across ANZ and Asia. This role is a hands-on operational role, suitable for a Marketing generalist with automation experience. You will have demonstrable campaign management experience, including experience in Marketo and Salesforce, event management and digital marketing; and as an individual contributor, you will not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and be involved in all things APAC Marketing in an execution and operational capacity. You will keep campaign deliverables on time, on budget and monitor campaign performance required to achieve regional pipeline goals. You will partner with global Marketing Managers, and the APAC Sales organisation to ensure Marketing activities are aligned to the APAC business focus. As part of a wider Global Marketing team, you will work closely with a mature US and European marketing team to maximise resources and ensure global consistency of brand and message across the region. You are hungry to succeed and bring innovative ideas to the table, whilst being an exceptional collaborator, communicator, and project manager with the ability to navigate across functions and geographies to deliver impactful sales and marketing results.

Job Description and Requirements

Work with APAC marketing leader and APAC sales team to co-ordinate, execute, deliver, and optimise APAC marketing campaigns, including email builds/sends, list segmentation, landing pages, dynamic content, list imports and database management, paid search and social and the delivery of digital and physical events across all segments.

  • Be a vital part of the Relativity Fest Sydney team, Relativity APAC’s flagship conference, including operational and logistical event support

  • ​​Stay up to date with the latest mar-tech, marketing automation, and email marketing best practices.

  • Create and optimise marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce

  • Create and deliver impactful marketing events, including project management and onsite support for small ABM events and larger industry conferences across ANZ and Asia

  • Leverage and amplify global marketing initiatives where appropriate, ensuring the right message is delivered to the target audience at the regional level.

  • Manage the campaign calendar and email cadence to ensure optimal engagement.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4+years professional experience in B2B marketing or related discipline

  • Experience in campaign management,marketing automation, events, demand generation, digital marketing.

  • Demonstrable project management skills, priority-setting capability, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in Marketing tools; Marketo and Salesforceintegration

  • Ability to engage and leverage internal resources cross-functionally

  • Strong analytical skills, attentive to detail, with excellent written and oral communications, and the ability to communicate to a diverse audience

  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in B2B softwareand/or experience in e-Discovery and legal field

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS in marketing or related field

  • 2 years professional experience in marketing or related field
