Senior / Content Designer (Simplified Chinese)

About The Opportunity As a Content Designer, you are the bridge between our users and our products. Your expertise in crafting clear, concise, and accurate content not only builds trust with our users but also transforms complex product features into intuitive, easy-to-understand experiences. You will foster relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and develop user-friendly content in Simplified Chinese. Content types include UX copy, emails, push notifications, release notes, and product documentation.

• Coordinate with global teams (primarily based in the U.S.) to apply our brand voice and deliver a compelling product narrative that helps further our business objectives.

• Actively use and contribute to our content guidelines and glossary to ensure our company communicates with our users in a friendly, professional, and consistent manner.

• Identify potential project blockers proactively and engage stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely delivery and optimal user experience.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Journalism, Communications, Chinese, Translations, Globalization or related fields.

• Able to communicate in English for daily work needs.

• Outstanding ability to write in Chinese at a near-native level.

• Proven experience in various forms of writing, such as UI copy, microcopies and user education.
• Experience working with diverse or global teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a lot of team spirit.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on quickly identifying and addressing issues.
• Deep commitment to enhancing user experience, prioritizing user needs and insights in content creation.

Nice to Haves

• Experience or familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry.
• Proficiency in design and localization software.
• International experience, particularly in regions where English or Chinese is the primary language.
