Remote Recruiting Specialist
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist who can take ownership of the entire hiring process—from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through the final stages. This role requires a mix of strong recruiting expertise, AI fluency, data-driven decision-making, and technical understanding to support diverse hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple time zones and contribute to broader initiatives beyond recruitment. This is a part-time or full-time position with potential for growth. Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Work with data and recruitment metrics to improve decision-making and track hiring success.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen and evaluate both technical and non-technical candidates across multiple domains.
- Apply AI tools and methodologies to streamline recruiting processes, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate evaluation.
- Leverage knowledge of technology, AI, and technical roles to effectively assess candidates and engage with hiring teams.
- Conduct interviews, assess skills and culture fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and organize the candidate database, ensuring accurate records and effective use of talent pipelines.
- Maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and adjust strategies for global hiring needs.
- Overlap with different time zones as needed to support international recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to broader HR and cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong understanding of technology, AI, and technical hiring (familiarity with software roles and industry trends).
- Proficiency in working with recruitment data, analytics, AI-powered tools, applicant tracking systems, and candidate databases.
- Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Native or C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruiting independently, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Interest in broader HR functions, with flexibility to support cross-departmental initiatives.
- Comfortable working remotely and adapting to diverse time zones.

- Rate Range: Your starting rate is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
- This is an Hourly position.
- Contractors are paid monthly via wire transfer.
