Job Opportunity: Pricing Manager Location: London Office (EC1V 7LQ) Salary: The salary range for this position is £68,000 - £76,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) will be provided as part of the compensation package. Role Overview As a Pricing Manager for the UK & Ireland, you’ll own strategies that balance customer value, supplier growth, and long-term margins. You’ll use advanced analytics and financial modelling to drive key decisions, present insights to senior leadership, and guide a high-performing team of analysts. This is a high-impact, commercially strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Optimise Pricing & Margins — design and execute pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability

• Forecasting & Financial Planning — partner with Finance on modelling, scenario planning, and investment decisions

• Data-Driven Insights — use SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Python/R to analyse trends and predict outcomes

• Influence Leadership — present risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Cross-Functional Collaboration — align with Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and Analytics

• Lead & Mentor — coach junior analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performance team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pricing or a related analytical field

• Strong skills in SQL and Excel (BigQuery and Python/R a plus)

• Commercial mindset with ability to balance customer, supplier, and profitability goals

• Skilled at turning complex data into actionable business strategies

• Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders

• Structured, proactive problem-solver in fast-paced environments

• Background in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods a plus (not required)
