We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a hands-on technical expert and mentor, driving the development of advanced testing frameworks and best practices. You will make a significant, independent impact on our software quality and reliability, directly contributing to our goals of reducing the Change Failure Rate (CFR) and enhancing testing efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, DevOps/Platform engineers, and product managers to understand complex systems, identify critical quality gaps, and implement scalable, automated solutions.
