In this exciting role, you will be tasked with monitoring and moderating user-generated content across various social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a positive online environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee and review user-generated content on multiple social media channels to ensure adherence to community standards.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, queries, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or behavior according to established policies.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to develop best practices for content moderation and user engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media guidelines.
- Analyze user interactions and gather feedback to enhance community management strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is also essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Familiarity with moderation tools and content management systems is a plus.
