Regional Sales Manager- Northeast (Remote / Hybrid)

Job Type Full-time Description Lenze Americas is hiring a Regional Sales Manager with industry experience to lead our northeast sales team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of demonstrated leadership in managing sales professionals with a strong record of achieving results. Preference will be given to applicants that live in proximity to our Uxbridge, MA headquarters. Lenze is a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology - offering products, drive solutions, complete automation systems, and engineering services and tools from one single source. We accommodate support to the customer throughout the entire machine development process – from the control system to the drive shaft, from the initial idea to after-sales. Lenze Americas, the American subsidiary of Lenze SE of Germany, is headquartered in Uxbridge, Massachusetts; corporate global headquarters are in Hamelin, Germany. Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) oversees sales performance for assigned regions by creating and implementing strategy, managing and supporting their team, and maintaining internal relationships. The RSM position is remote within the New England area, with occasional reporting to the Uxbridge, MA headquarters as required. Travel is estimated at 30%-50%. Position Title: Regional Sales Manager - Northeast Location: Hybrid or Remote (New England area with ability to commute to Uxbridge as needed) Base Earnings: $145,750 - $163,000 + 25% bonus plan

Key Responsibilities

Include

  • Responsible for the success of the Northeast area of US
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the overall company objectives and regional market opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives that expand market share
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners and industry stakeholders
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and actional insights to Leadership
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time

Requirements

  • 5+ years of actual high-performance sales experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries; specifically drives & motors
  • 5+ years' experience as a manager with exceptional leadership skills & ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams
  • Experience with multi-channel sales approaches
  • Technical undergraduate degree + MBA (preferred)
