Remote Payroll Administrator - Flexible Schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Process fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Manage all new employee onboarding, including setting up payroll, terminations, salary adjustments, direct deposit, and W-4 forms.
• Review and verify source documents and payroll segments for accuracy.
• Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service support to employees.
• Prepare manual checks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as depicted by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must pass a background check.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Ultipro is highly desirable.
