Join Wells Fargo's IT Team as a Senior Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join our IT team at Wells Fargo. As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating and testing security controls, assessing business capabilities, and identifying potential risks. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data security consultations to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Data Security policies, procedures, and standards
• Perform remediation of security assessment audit issues, complex ad-hoc data, and responses to support data security risk management
• Provide guidance and direction in auditing assessment findings and mitigating controls to improve data security
• Identify and coordinate data resource portfolio compromises and certifications
• Provide advanced data aggregation and insights on data security risk exposure
• Develop and deliver Data Security Education Awareness and Training according to the Enterprise Data Security Program standards
• Review, draft, and propose control standards for business impact and suggest changes or clarifications as required
• Conduct security control testing and interviews with stakeholders
• Assess and interpret internal and Enterprise Data Security policies, procedures, and standards, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, associates, and managers to resolve issues and achieve objectives

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Data Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify valuable opportunities for process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior-level leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

• CISSP, CRISC, or industry equivalent certification
• Experience with Power BI/Scene to create dashboards and interactive visual reports
• Related experience with large datasets from various sources
• Related experience with large enterprise environments and data security
