Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our Affinity database, ensuring seamless processing and management of applications. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately key paper applications into the Affinity database, maintaining high levels of speed and accuracy.
• Assist the deposit room with tasks such as entering checks, stamping, scanning, and indexing documents.
• Support cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Schedule:

• 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM (may require periodic overtime).
