Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our Operations team. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire exceptional candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations
• Utilize creative sourcing methods, including job boards, social networking, and passive recruiting techniques to identify and engage top talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring partners, including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective recruitment outcomes
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to track and advance candidates through the workflow, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes
• Provide accurate and compelling job descriptions, realistic job previews, and gather candidate and interviewer feedback to inform recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to continuously improve processes, strategies, and outcomes, driving innovation and excellence in recruitment practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• General knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including attending career fairs and other recruitment events
