We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at American Traveler. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals interested in traveling to hospital contract assignments. Your exceptional communication and sales skills will be utilized to persuasively present job opportunities, negotiate contract terms, and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

This is a sales-focused role that requires a competitive, confident, and self-motivated individual with a strong background in sales, recruiting, or account management. Your key responsibilities will include:
