Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Pharmacy Technician to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with our pharmacy help desk grievance team to manage and resolve grievances
• Execute data entry tasks and triage grievances to coordinators as appropriate
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of pharmacy experience under a licensed pharmacist or completion of a certified pharmacy technician program
• Familiarity with the third-party claims process
