We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Full Time Faculty member to teach courses in our Counselor Education and Supervision Ph.D. program. Key Responsibilities

• Teach one or more subjects within the prescribed curriculum and encourage student success
• Prepare and deliver competency-based online education, providing theory and practice education
• Partner with Enrollment, Academic, and Finance counselors to provide support to students
• Stimulate class discussions and foster an online culture of learning that values mutual responsibility, life-long learning, diversity, and ethics
• Serve as Chair of dissertation committees and participate in yearly doctoral residencies
• Compile, administer, and grade examinations, and provide qualitative, holistic feedback to support student learning

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision or a related field
• Independent license in the field of counseling
• Experience in conducting research or scholarly related activities
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to adapt to an e-learning environment
• Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research, and a passion for integrating faith and diversity into your work
