This position provides direct care to assigned patients, including IV therapy, under the Licensed Practical Nurse Act and under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role involves directing and assisting ancillary nursing staff with their assigned duties while interacting with a multidisciplinary team and other personnel. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will demonstrate professional responsibilities, manage your own practice, and assist other healthcare team members in delivering the highest quality personalized patient care. The responsibilities of this position include effectively utilizing the nursing process in patient care delivery through data gathering, planning, and evaluation. The role also requires adaptability to rapid changes throughout the day as the needs of the unit or department evolve. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Current licensed practical nursing (LPN) license in the state of practice is required.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is required.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Good interpersonal and delegation skills.

- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
