Telefon, chat, e-mail – ty budeš tím, kdo zákazníkům pomůže vyřešit jejich dotazy ohledně platebních terminálů a dalších služeb Hledání řešení – podnikatelé potřebují rychlou a spolehlivou podporu, a ty jim ji poskytneš. Ať už jde o nastavení, troubleshooting nebo zpětnou vazbu, budeš u toho Týmová spolupráce – připojíš se ke čtyřčlennému týmu, který vede Kristián. Ten se postará o to, aby se každý mohl rozvíjet podle svých představ a měl vždy někoho, na koho se může spolehnout Nepřestaneš se učit – fintech je rychle rostoucí odvětví, takže budeš mít prostor se neustále zdokonalovat a získávat nové znalosti

Co potřebuješ?

✅ Dobrou Češtinu/slovenštinu a angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni – naši zákazníci i kolegové jsou různorodí ✅ Skvělé komunikační dovednosti – dokážeš vysvětlit i složitější věci jasně a s úsměvem ✅ Empatii a orientaci na zákazníka – baví tě pomáhat lidem a hledat řešení ✅ Ochotu učit se a zlepšovat – fintech se vyvíjí a s ním i tvoje dovednosti ✅ Zkušenost na podobné pozici je fajn, ale není nutná – hlavní je, že tě baví komunikace a máš drive
