Scrum Master

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in enterprise environments to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating agile development teams, leveraging Azure DevOps, and delivering projects in large enterprise settings, preferably within the financial or enterprise security sectors. This role requires an active CSM certification and a proven track record of strategic communication and execution.Key

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure efficient team delivery in an Agile environment.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, team analytics, and delivery management.
• Guide and coach cross-functional teams to adopt and mature Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Remove impediments and foster a productive, collaborative team environment.
• Provide strategic communication to ensure transparency and alignment across teams and leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years as a dedicated Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment.
• Minimum of 15 years of total IT experience in project environments, with at least 50% in large enterprises.
• Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification (SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred).
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps for project management and advanced scrum team analytics.
• Proven experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery.
• Excellent strategic communication and execution skills.

Desired Skills (Not Required):

• Experience managing agile teams in the enterprise security domain.
• Prior project experience in the financial industry.

Experience Level:

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
