We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client's organization, a leading elevator and escalator consulting and inspection firm in the U.S. The role provides essential support to consultants and project managers throughout project lifecycles, including administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Able to work remotely on a night shift, following US time zone
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), M-Files, and Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
