Business Development Representative (EntryLevel)

Salary: $38,000-43,000 / year (Depending on Experience) + Commission Business Development Representative (EntryLevel) Job Summary Youll join BloomAds as an entrylevel Business Development Representative, becoming the first point of contact for businesses that could benefit from our media services. Youll research, prospect, and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social sellingthen hand off warm opportunities to our Account Executives. Youre hungry to learn, coachable, and passionate about sales and media. This is your launchpad to a career in agency business development. This is an inoffice position based in our Woodland Hills office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business via cold calling, personalized emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling
• Qualify and nurture leads by uncovering pain points and assessing buying intent
• Conduct brief discovery calls or demos to showcase BloomAds capabilities
• Maintain and update all contact activity in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
• Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and messaging
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless handoffs
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meetingbooking targets

Required Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication; comfortable placing 50+ calls per day
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospect lists and followups
• Resilient hunter mindsetrejection fuels your drive, not your doubts
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• A true team player who welcomes feedback and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• 02 years of B2B sales, telesales, or customerfacing experience (internships count!)
• A genuine interest in digital media, paid social, or programmatic advertising
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Compensation

Range $38,000-43,000 / year (Depending on Experience) + Commission This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
