Text App is our core product, enabling teams to handle customer interactions efficiently and consistently. Our goal is not only to help users communicate effectively with customers, but also to help them feel supported by their team—without ever leaving the app.
We’re currently hiring into the
Teamwork Experience team, focused on making that sense of support and collaboration a native part of the agent's daily workflow. Inspired by natural team behaviors like mentoring, shift handovers, knowledge sharing, and peer support, we’re building features that bring real-time cooperation into the heart of Text App. Think: team chat channels for asking for help while talking to a customer, visibility into ongoing conversations, and lightweight tools for sharing feedback, insights, and resources.That’s why we’re building features like:
- AI Agent that supports customer agents in real-time
- Internal channels for agents to ask for help, receive mentoring, or share knowledge
- Conversation takeover between agents (e.g., during shift changes, escalations, or onboarding support)
- Context and quality management – ensuring knowledge doesn’t disappear but circulates within the team
These aren’t standalone tools—they’re strategic Text App features that make our platform more than just a customer chat tool.
