About the Job:
The Principal Software Engineer role at Cyderes reports to the VP of Engineering within the Managed Services department. This role will partner with leadership and delivery teams to make technical and architectural decisions while considering scale and performance of the infrastructure and organization. This role will work closely with all teams within Managed Services to help deliver innovative and high-quality features and services to Cyderes clients. This important leadership role brings together thought leadership and experience with solutions, software, and architecture.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work on innovative and impactful projects within a collaborative and supportive team environment. This role will also help define the creative Engineering roadmap that drives success and outcomes for Cyderes services. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has a passion for the cloud, stays up to date with new technologies and has experience with designing and building infrastructure at scale, cloud security, and general cyber security.
