Role Mission

As a Test Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software by designing and executing thorough testing processes across our core platform and related technologies. You will take a hands-on role in maintaining robust test environments, implementing automated and manual test strategies, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment. Your work will directly impact product stability, performance, and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying issues and driving excellence in quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of quality software releases across the core platform and supporting technologies.

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases, including manual, automated, regression, functional, and non-functional tests.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated test execution and faster delivery cycles.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify test requirements and resolve issues quickly.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps in testing processes and recommending enhancements.

Technical Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing roles.

  • Strong background in full-cycle application testing—functional, regression, performance, UAT, API, and non-functional testing.

  • Practical experience with test automation tools such as Playwright and Cypress.

  • Proficient in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter and K6.

  • Solid understanding of Typescript, JavaScript, and modern testing frameworks.

  • Experience in web application and API testing.

  • Skilled in building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

  • Meticulous and passionate about product quality, with a sharp eye for identifying gaps or defects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset and the flexibility to tackle complex problems and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Committed to continuous improvement and quality excellence.
