About the Role

Iconscout is a design resources marketplace with 2.2 Million+ icons, illustrations, 3D, and Lottie animations from 1600+ contributors around the world. We're on a mission to find, manage and share design resources with a single click right inside the tool you're using. We've partnered with international brands like Adobe, Visual China Group (VCG), Invision to build our plugin ecosystem.

While we are highly focused on our core features for Iconscout, we love to explore new ways to create, edit and customize all the assets. Our team is divided into 3 broad areas: core web product, our integrations, and Research & Design.

We are looking for Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building new features for Iconscout as well as would love to invest time in R&D.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain large scale product with rapid growth

• Work with our core team members to solve our users' problems

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

• Develop new user-facing features and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• Be the owner of development process, product and framework components

• Developing product development and test cycle to improve transparency and productivity across the team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering building scalable web applications or services

• Experience with frontend technologies like VueJS (must have), Angular, React or similar (good to have). 

• Experience of Webpack, Performance optimisation, NodeJS is a plus.

• Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

• Knowledge of Git, GraphQL, Flux, Webpack, etc.

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.

• Passionate, problem solver, can work with team, agile.

• Excellent communication skills, organized and self-sufficient
